CreatiVoices Unveils Video Campaign Amid the COVID-19 Pandemic

CreatiVoice Productions recently released a public service video that highlights the importance of staying at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Headed by Pocholo Gonzales, dubbed as the Voice Master of the Philippines, "Tuloy ang Kwento" (The Story Continues) brings together voice-over artists from across the Philippines to deliver the message.

The country has been under government-imposed quarantine since early March, with various organizations in both private and public sectors in a race to stop the spread of infection. As of writing, it's been reported that COVID-19 infections in the country has hit 21,340 and the death toll has risen to 994.

Now more than even, we need to practice social distancing and stay at home, leaving only when it becomes imperative. This is the message "Tuloy ang Kwento" is advocating.

Uniting for the Advocacy

More than 50 voice-over artists from provincial cities and locales from as far as Cebu, Davao, and Cagayan de Oro joined their NCR-based brethren in creating the video. This is the first of its kind in the Philippines, formed after a series of free voice acting webinars by CreatiVoices Productions.

"Tuloy ang Kwento" features many of those voices presenting different stories of the common Pinoy. Each one harkens to life with friends and family before we were all mandated to stay in our homes. These voice-over talents recorded within their own home spaces and in their own dialects, which speak volumes about both the growing voice acting community in the Philippines and how crucial the message is, punctuated by CreatiVoices Productions' training.

"Tuloy ang Kwento" is also presented by the Voice Acting Academy, The Voice Acting Project, CreativSounds Studios, and Voice from Home.
