It’s the pandemic. You may be one of the people working from home. And because you don’t spend precious hours on the road traveling to and from the office, you have more time for yourself. Under different circumstances, this should be exhilarating. But the reason why you’re staying home is to protect yourself, and others, from contracting or spreading a deadly virus. It felt like a vacation at first. You have more time to relax and spend time on your hobby or even take on new hobbies. But as the days go by, you start getting bored and uneasy. Somehow, you want to channel all your lockdown energy into something meaningful.

Or, you may be one of the people who, unfortunately, lost a job. With more and more companies laying off employees, it’s harder than ever to find a new job. More and more companies are shifting to a work-from-home setting. Now, you have to adapt to the times and find work-from-home opportunities. And you have to do it fast because your funds are dwindling but your bills still keep coming.

"...you already have what you need to start – YOUR VOICE."

Whether you’re taking on a new hobby or looking for work-from-home opportunities, the Certified Voice Artist Program (CVAP) is the perfect course for you. You’ll learn new skills that you can use to get paid, advance a cause or just have fun. Unless you have a disability, you already have what you need to start – YOUR VOICE.

But what is CVAP? It is a 4-week course offered by Voice Acting Academy Philippines under CreatiVoices Productions - the leading online voiceover services company in the Philippines. It was launched shortly after the start of the pandemic in June 2020 as a response to the need for new training delivery amid lockdowns.

"This workshop has produced more than 2,000 graduates"

CVAP is a fully online version of VoiceWorx, the only voice acting and dubbing workshop of its kind in the Philippines which started in 2005. VoiceWorx is the brainchild of the greatest Filipino voice acting guru, Pocholo “The VoiceMaster” de Leon Gonzales. This workshop has produced more than 2,000 graduates, most of them are now successfully making their own names in their respective industries. Among them are Richard Sarmiento (Rico Panyero of YES FM 101.1), Marian Laurice Lempin (DJ Lala Banderas of Love Radio), MA Buendia (vlogger), and Kathleen Kaye Sone (Voice Over Flowers YouTube channel).

Through CVAP, you will learn the following:

Fundamental skills to become a successful voice artist
Different types of work in the voice acting industry
Technical skills to be developed as a voice artist
How to achieve voice variety
The secret formula in creating character voices
Proper voice care
Essentials of finding work in the voice acting industry
How to set up your recording studio
How to market your brand and develop your voice acting business

As a Certified Voice Artist (CVA) from CVAP, you will also become part of a community of like-minded individuals where sharing and caring for fellow voice artists is the norm. Aside from benefitting from the experience, expertise and influence of fellow CVAs, you will also get updates on voice auditions, access to practice scripts, and continued training to help you manage your voice acting career. This is almost an unfair advantage over other voice artists who are just starting and learning the ropes of the trade.

“Someone out there needs to hear your voice.”

Ultimately, joining CVAP is a choice you have to make for yourself. And if you still need more convincing, just think about what The VoiceMaster would always say, “Someone out there needs to hear your voice.”
