The Voice Master inspires the next generation of voice artists

Through the recent workshop, "Gusto Kong Maging Voice Talent," the Voice Master Pocholo de Leon Gonzales reached and inspired a new generation of voice actors. The event named, after his award winning book, was held via Zoom last May 16, 2020.

This proved to be a rare opportunity for the 100 voice talents in attendance. After all, the Voice Master has never served as the main keynote speaker in previous workshops organized by CreatiVoices Productions and Voice Acting Academy. And during the recent event, he spoke about his journey in the voice acting industry.

"I'm helping you achieve your dreams of becoming voice artists because no one did when I was starting," Gonzales said.

He laid out the main goals of the webinar were to;

1. Properly introduce the voice acting industry;
2. To be able to provide a breakthrough on how to become a great voice artist; and
3. Help more voice artist become part of the industry

"Kaming mga participants ay ang empty containers pero sinalinan niyo kami ng knowledge kaya kami ay naging mahusay na tagapakinig," Amabelle Pagalunan Acleta, webinar participant, testified about the impact of the webinar. "Kayo po sir, the Voice Master Pocholo Gonzales ay napakatulungin at mapagkumbaba," 

The workshop went very interactive as a virtual voice acting contest was done where 11 participants were selected to win a signed copy of "Gusto Kong Maging Voice Talent."

The Voice Master also added, "Gusto Kong Maging Voice Talent" would be the last free organized workshop by CreatiVoice Productions. As the upcoming webinars will be more complex and intensive, they will no longer be free.
