Hello everyone! Welcome to my first blog. I started this coz it is our assignment for CVAP. It stands for Certified Voice Artist Program. Yes! Voice acting!
I was hesitant at first but l was given the opportunity and so l grabbed it. I missed being a radio dj before and l've been browsing and checking things that l can do in this pandemic as a part time job to also help financially. Then l saw CVAP on facebook. I remember, l love to read and sing a bit, to use my voice and also try doing different sounds and accent. I became excited and super interested! So there l was registering and got a scholarship. I was very thankful.
We had like a meet and greet. Then came day 1 via zoom. I was nervous but it went fine. I met a lot of very talented people, mentors, and of course the hosts! We introduced ourselves and got to know each other.
We spent time in the morning then in the afternoon. We were divided into groups. Breakout Rooms and I was in BR9. We discussed questions given and one presented. Come the end of day 1, we got our assignments and oh there's a lot! However, l know l can do this! With God's grace and help of my group, we will succeed!
