Discovering the World of Voice Acting Through CVAP
Many people discover their talents through encouragement from others, and sometimes those small compliments can lead to bigger opportunities. For one aspiring voice artist, the journey toward voice acting began when classmates repeatedly told them that they had a great voice suited for voice acting. Hearing this feedback sparked curiosity and eventually inspired them to explore the field more seriously.
However, pursuing this interest was not easy at first. Being a medical student preparing for graduation, their schedule was extremely busy. With only about one month of vacation in January, they decided to finally look for a course that would allow them to explore voice acting and develop their potential.
After months of searching for the right program, they discovered the Certified Voice Artist Program (CVAP). Grateful for the opportunity, they decided to enroll and take the first step toward learning about the voice industry.
First Impressions of the Training
At the beginning, the expectation was simple: learn the basic foundations of voice acting. However, once the program started, they quickly realized that CVAP offered much more than expected.
What stood out the most was the completeness and structure of the course. In today’s digital world, many people create courses based only on personal experiences or online content. But CVAP felt different—it provided a well-organized and comprehensive overview of what it truly means to work in the voice industry.
The training did not only teach techniques. It also prepared participants for the realities of the field. Students were given guidance about what to expect, how to start their careers, and even warnings about potential challenges or people they should be careful about in the industry. This kind of direction was incredibly helpful for beginners who might otherwise feel lost when entering a new profession.
Instead of blindly exploring the field, the program gave them a clear path and direction to follow.
Learning Through Assignments
Despite having a busy schedule—moving closer to the hospital and preparing for graduation—the participant still found time to complete the course assignments. Although the final weeks required rushing to finish tasks, the experience remained enjoyable and rewarding.

Although the journey was short, the experience with CVAP became a memorable step toward discovering a new passion. Balancing medical school responsibilities and voice training was not easy, but it was definitely worthwhile.
For this aspiring voice artist, the program served as an introduction to a creative field they had long been curious about. More importantly, it showed that even with a demanding career path, it is still possible to explore passions and develop new skills.
