Allan Ortega is a man of many talents. Before his successful career in voice acting and dubbing, he was a familiar face in the Philippines' entertainment industry as a member of the popular Tuesday Group, "That's Entertainment" founded by German Moreno, also known as Kuya Germs, on GMA 7. Ortega was just 17 years old when he joined the group.

 

But Ortega's true passion was always voice acting and dubbing. After his time with the Tuesday Group, he was invited to be a radio drama talent by Rose Nalundasan on DZEC and DZEM. It was here that he honed his skills and developed a love for the art of voice acting.

 

His big break in dubbing came when he was invited to join SyncMaster by Vangie Labalan. His first dubbing project was Kinsenera of Thalia, a Mexican novela. He then went on to work on his first ABS-CBN dubbing project, Jackie Chan Adventures, directed by Ronnie Abario. After that, he joined Alta Production and was dubbed "MVP" by 5566.

Ortega's talent as a radio drama talent was also recognized, as he was invited to join the DZRH Radio Drama Group in 2004 by Eloisa Cruz Canlas for VG Productions' Ito ang Palad ko and discovered by Direk Salvador M. Royales to join Gabi Ng Lagim. He even became the director of Taong Bahay on Net 25.

 

Now, in 2021, Ortega is the head of production at Dubbing Booth Company and is known as the "Audio Drama Prince" by The VoiceMaster himself, Pocholo De Leon Gonzales. He has dubbed for numerous movies, telenovelas, and cartoons including Hollywood, Bollywood, Chinese, Korean, and Mexican films, such as "Hercules," "Sheena: The Warrior Princess," "Monte Cristo," "Monica Brava," "Inocente De Ti," "Solita Mi Amor," "Betty La Fea," "Ecomoda," "Twin Hearts," "Project Initial D," "Star Wars," "Rob the Robot," "Winx," "Yo-Kai Watch," and "Transformers." He even did script translation for "True Beauty," "Bollywood Movies," "Hollywood Movies," "Chinese Movies," "Korean Movies," "Mexican Movies," "Llena De Amor," "Soltelegio," "Palabra De Mujer," "Pasion," "El Nombre De Amor," "La Madrasta," "Las Dos Caras," "Frijolito," "Bellas Calamedades," "The Successful Pells," "I Love You," "Lalola," "Marina," "I Love You," "I Love You," ""
