Certified Voice Artist Training
I would like to share my experiences on " How To Become a Certified Voice Artist Scholar ". Here i will write my Day 1 to Day 4 learnings so that you will have an idea of how to become a Certified Voice Artist run by the Voice Master Pocholo De Leon Gonzales. I'm lucky to be given the opportunity of learning by being one of his scholars. If not i need to pay Php10,000 or a discounted price of Php5,000.
I learned about this training when i read the post of Ms. Gloria Antuerfia from PWD Marikina City and Atty Jessica Syquijor Magbanua host of May K Tayo show online via FB livestreaming . Ms. Antuerfia was a CVA Batch 8 Graduates and Atty Jessica is the host of May K Tayo who interviewed Mam Nikie Esmero one of the Executive Directors of CVAP. Ms. Antuerfia and Atty Jessica helped encouraged me to join as a scholar and its not that easy to become a scholar since you have an obligation to really understand and learn the process of becoming a Voice Artist.
My DAY 1 BLOG with CVAP September 4 , 2021 Saturday
My first day in CVAP, started with a Welcome remarks and introduction of former CVAP Batch Graduates. they shared who started CVAP and how it started. The EMCEEs are the first batch graduates, Mr. Richard Abalos , Mr Jeff Perey and Ms Winkie. Later the founder of CVAP , The Voice Master of The Philippines Mr Pocholo De Leon Gonzales discussed what it will take for us to be a fully Certified Voice Artist. He talk about why he is giving scholarship as a way of giving back the blessings by sharing the knowledge. It was like we are all on the same level that he talked to us without air but sharing all what he did to reach what he is enjoying now.
Later in the evening I guested at the May K Tayo FB Livestreaming host Atty Jessica Magbanua and Alexander Mendoza QCPWD Federation President . There I shared my whole day activity with CVAP training. Those who were tuned in got interested and asked how to join.
So this is our assignment on the first day that we need to do for the whole week.
BRAND NAME - a name that we are going to use that will identify our identity.
BRAND LOGO - logo that we are going to use in our SOCIAL MEDIA promotion
FB ACCOUNT for CVAP activities - streaming account, it will serve as a place to consolidate our activities .
YOU TUBE Channel - streaming account where we are going to upload the videos that we are going to make during our training.
WEBSITE - a place where we will post our blog for our training experience.
SOUND CLOUD Account - to help us in our video uploading and voice recording.
3 RADIO ADS - to help us practice our voice talent , we must download a radio advertisement and remove the voice of the commercial and dub it with our own voice.
3 TV COMMERCIALS - we will remove the voice over and dub it with our own voice.
5 AVPs - download a video for Audio Visual Presentation from YOU TUBE and dub with our own voice.

Since the participants / scholars were over 100, they divided us into groups BR 1 to BR 10, and i belonged to BR 1 with mentors Ms Loveline Loverez and Ms Jane Lumasag an armless PWD, graduates of Batch 8. Our group leader is Christian with members, Bryan, angelo, Bernadette, Mel Natalia, Rimuel, Tedd and Me.
How do we do commercial AVPs?
Look for ADS or AVP sample in YOUTUBE, download it as MP4 or MP3 and copy the link.
Create a folder and rename to avoid confusion. This is where we will post our file.
Convert MP4 to MP3 with online converter and downloader.
Separate the vocals and use only the instrumental in dubbing with our voice. Use vocal remover tools online.
For video editing use power director or any editing apps available for dubbing.
3 Radio ADS in MP3 file to be uploaded on your Sound Cloud Account.
When posting or uploading, always put DISCLAIMER: "No copyright infringement intended."
They made it clear that VLOG is VIDEO and BLOG is JOURNAL or written . Video Vlog must be personal Introduction and Day 1 experience maximum of 5 minutes and Blog intro is the written introduction and DAY 1 experience.
