Day /Week 2 CVAP TRAINING September 18,2021
Our 2nd week in CVAP Training gives me a deeper understanding about the training. I learned that in order for me to become a SUCCESSFUL VOICE ARTIST i must invest with my 3Ts, TIME TALENT AND TREASURE. I must devout TIME to practice and learn more on how to do it properly. TALENT , I must share for others to appreciate Voice Acting, and TREASURE because I also need to buy good microphone so that I can deliver my talent audibly .
In order for me to learn more kailangan ko ang RITE MED, huwag mahihiyang magtanong. I must listen to my fellow CVA trainees and mentors on, HOW TO IMPROVE MY VOICE OVER. Here we must share our experiences and struggles on doing voice overs. I must be immune to rejections and learn to move forward.
HOW TO HAVE A BETTER CHANCE TO GET A VOICE OVE PROJECT?
Be alert at all times for audience.
Expose your craft to the internet .
No background noise is a must for editing your voice overs.

What are the Voice Dynamics:
Voice Variety, don't be monotonous . It can always be changed and improved.
Voice acting is the art of becoming naturall
Dubbing - bigay buhay , you become the character.

A word or a sentence is divided into two parts SPEECH & VOICE
What does it has to do with Voice Acting? - Believability.
VOICE VARIETY
Pitch - pertains to the level of the voice tone. High and Low. It can heighten emotions.
Volume - pertains tow loud or soft your voice is. It also helps in conveying emotions. Your message is useless if it cannot be heard properly, You need to PROJECT your voice not shout.

Recording - Condenser Mic
Live - Dynamic
Most basic element in creating voice character
Pitch Characters- color or personality of your pitch (ex) clean, raspy, trembling
Tempo - kinds of characters have a fast and slow tempo
Rhythm - this is the vocal thumbprint. You need to study the character of the voice
Pertains to the source of voice
Mouth Works - The voice of your character could be determined by the shape and movement of your mouth or lips.
Today I learned that i need to find my NICHE as a voice over artist. There are 2 types of Voice artist :
A. Voice over Artist:
Radio and TV commercials
• Public service announcement or PSA
• Movie trailer
• Announcement
• Audio-visual presentation or AVP
• Educational materials
• Telephony
• Interactive gadgets
B. Character Voices
• Automated Dialogue Replacement (ADR)
• Radio Drama
• Animation
As an aspiring voice artist, it is best to audition in different kinds of projects first, to give yourself a wide range of experience .
OPEN- MINDED KA BA?
• Just audition and audition. Volunteer and volunteer.
• This is a good practice to make your presence known to producers, clients and directors.
• After this, you can now identify your NICHE
WHY DO YOU NEED TO KNOW YOUR NICHE?
A NICHE is your TARGET MARKET. You need to know your niche because:
1. you need to focus on your MARKETING EFFORTS.
2. You need to know the particular SKILL that you need to focus on as a voice artist.
3. You need to need to establish your own BRAND in the voice acting industry.
The voice acting industry is huge. • That’s why you need to focus on a niche, instead of being “everything to everyone. • Otherwise, you will just end up like everybody else.
To find your niche, you need to consider the following:
• Type of project
• Quality of your voice
• Your specific skill & interest
Ask yourself the following questions:
• What kind of voice do you have?
• What kind of voice do you have?
• What kind of characters can you do
• What kind of voice do you have?
• What kind of characters can you do?
• What types of projects have you already done?
• What kinds of projects do you enjoy doing?
• What kind of project do you still want to study?
Just FOCUS on one part of the voice acting industry where you can see yourself thriving and succeeding. I am not staying that you stay stuck in just one niche forever. • The point is just start in one niche and then, after gaining enough experience and exposure, expand later on.
Remember: • You are not a convenience store to offer everything, nor an all-purpose cream that can be added to every dish. • So FOCUS!

Batang Venie - Luz Luz sabi ng Amang Milyo ko sa public na lang daw ako mag aaral wala kasing maghahatid sa akin sa school sa Malolos. Pwede mo ba akong isabay sa Lunes pagpasok nyo?
Luz - sige dala ka ng bag papel at lapis at isasabay ka namin sa pagpasok.
At ang batang si Venie ay nakapasok ng elementarya hanggang maka graduate. nag enroll siya sa isang private school na pinatatakbo ng mga madre hanggang isang araw siya ay nalate sa pagpasok .
Madre - Bakit late ka na ? anong oras na?
Venie - Mother pasensiya na po nasiraan kami ng sasakyan kaya ako na late.
Madre - hindi ka na pwedeng pumasok. makaka uwi ka na!
Venie - pagkatapos marinig ang salitang makaka uwi ka na ay tumalikod na upang umuwi.
Madre - hoy bastos walang modo bakit mo ako tinalikuran?
Venie - (sobrang napahiya sa pangyayari kayat lumipat ng ibang skwelahan at duon na naka graduate ng high school.)
FUTURE : pagkatapos ng maraming taon si Venie ay isa ng lola at may mga apong magaganda at gwapo.
Apo - hello mama Venie i love you. dito ka nalang matulog sa bahay namin . Miss ka na namin.
Lola Venie naku ang mga apo kong magaganda gwapo at mababait . sige dito na ako matutulog. ( niyakap ang mga apo)
ASSIGNMENT:
Write a letter to your self discussing the changes in your life since you started your training September 4, 2021 until September 5, 2021. journal ---- send it to yourself like congratulating about your achievements with CVAP.
Create a video file : 1 minute monologue a. Horror b. Comedy
AVP of your life - 3 minutes Sino kayo, Saan ka pupunta, Ano ang gusto mo pagdating ng panahon.
EMAIL : yourself a Journal and Video using Google . set the date when you will receive the mail.
